The Olympia Pediatrics Garden was created in honor of Dr. Lin O'Leary's 25 years of caring for children and their families.

Food is essential for life.  Food connects us all. We have grown accustomed to quick meals made from ingredients we can no longer recognize.  We have forgoten the very basis on how we get food: growing it!  The Children's Garden was created to educate children on where food comes from, how food grows, and why fresh foods are good for us.

The Children's Garden contains fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are free to patients of Olympia Pediatrics.  The garden combines home grown treats with nutrition education, in hopes of inspiring children to trying new and exciting foods. Teaching heathy eating habits now can set children up for a healthy and bright future.
