What am I?:                    I am an herb and a part of the greater mint family. There are more than 600 different kinds of mint!

When do I

grow best?:                     Plant me in the spring and enjoy me through fall.


 

What vitamins and

minerals do I have?:      I contain manganese, copper, and vitamin C.

 

How do you eat me?:    Add me to a fruit salad, ice water, hot tea, or on top of ice cream!


Fun Fact!:                       The oil “menthol” in my leaves is what creates the cool feeling you get when you eat me.
